📦Ceramic Production & Shipping Timeline

Handmade takes time – kindly allow two weeks for us to meticulously craft and ship your mug, ensuring every detail is perfect.
Normal completion and shipping time for ceramics is within two weeks. However, due to the risk of breakage during firing, more time may be needed for remakes. In extreme cases, it might take 3 to 4 weeks to ship. If your order hasn't shipped within two weeks, feel free to inquire about the details. We always prioritize your shopping experience. 😊
